The Idenysis Time and Attendance Solution is a user-friendly application that is designed to record the time a staff arrives and departs the workplace. The setup consists of a terminal (a device that collects and records biometric data and time) used with a software which makes it efficient and easy to operate. These terminals can be purchased by the organization and configured to send data to our time and attendance tracking software.
The device records attendance using fingerprints templates, which are captured and stored using the Idenysis Data Capture Application. This application makes the work of the HR easy and centralized with no errors because it can produce simple easy to read the report that can be used for payroll purposes, saving them hours wasted on punch cards, time cards and attendance registers.
